Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator/Forklift Operator to join our production team. This role combines operating plastic injection molding machines with material handling responsibilities using a forklift. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet quality standards and are efficiently prepared for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards
- Perform packaging duties including bagging, boxing, and labeling
- Assemble and prepare products for shipment
- Record production data such as downtime and scrap count
- Assist with mold changeovers and machine setup
- Operate a forklift to transport raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Load and unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform moderate lifting and other physical tasks
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Forklift experience required; certification is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to perform moderate lifting and stand for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
