Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, pluming, and carpentry. The ability to fabricate solutions, and excellent customer service skills is also required. The Maintenance Person will also have opportunities to lead small teams and supervise projects as needed.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and facilities to identify issues before they become major problems.
- Perform electrical, pluming, carpentry repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to timelines.
- Supervise maintenance staff during projects, providing leadership and guidance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the use of an ohmmeter for troubleshooting. Basic pluming and carpentry skills
- Experience in residential painting techniques and practices.
- Ability to fabricate components using various tools and materials.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
