Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Working Pattern: 2nd shift, onsite
Working Location: Indianapolis, IN
As a Maintenance Planner, you will become a part of our team based in Greenfield, Indiana, and you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for customers. The Maintenance Planner will ensure parts and tools are available to perform workscope, place orders for materials, keeping customers informed on a regular basis, and working together with internal teams to ensure aircraft departs on schedule. This role will be onsite, customer facing and may necessitate working overtime and be on-call on weekends and holidays.

What you will be doing:
- Plan and coordinate aircraft inductions in collaboration with management and team leaders
- Lead daily planning meetings
- Provide the customer and the service business organization updates on job progression and coordinate problem resolution
- Act as primary contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction
- Participate in aircraft pre-induction calls
- Prepare and issue job quotes in accordance with customer contracts
- Gather technical data and submit RFA’s
- Assist Leads with manpower planning
- Verify the availability of parts and tooling and initiate material orders
- Support Business Aviation shop and field operation planning

Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) with 5+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License, OR
- Associates degree with 4+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License
- This position is a FAA designated safety-sensitive position. Selected candidate must successfully complete a FAA/DOT pre-employment background check, a FAA/DOT drug screen that tests for the presence of Marijuana, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine and Amphetamines (or metabolites of those drugs) and comply with FAA-mandated rules on drug and alcohol use.

Preferred Requirements:
- FAR 145 repair station experience
- Experience with SAP, Flatirons, CRM and Pinpoint operating systems
- Experience with hangar operations management
- Excellent customer service skills
