Weststates Property Management is accepting applications for a part time Maintenance & Repair Tech. Qualified applicants must have a general maintenance and grounds experience , be able to lift 50 lbs, must have their own tools/transportation and be a motivated self-starter. A portion of the work is performed outdoors regardless of the season. The position entails maintenance work and the accurate completion of daily paperwork.
