Manager, Data Analytics & Insights

Job Description:

Do you excel at helping clients make data-driven decisions? The Data Analytics and Insights center of excellence is the information hub for HR Shared Services! We are seeking candidates experienced in these key areas:

• CONSULT partners on analytical challenges leading to new insights to influence business strategy. Lead and guide the clients through data-driven decision making. Passion to boost productivity, accelerate business impacts, and reduce manual work are fundamental.

• ANALYZE the data to address client inquiries. Quantify the questions, find trends, and visualize them optimally. Data management and visualization experiences are critical.

• EVOLVE the existing portfolio of reports and analytics. Maintain the quality of service while continuously adding process efficiency, automation, new insights, and better visualization methods.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, finance, mathematics, data science, computer science, or MIS

• Experience guiding leaders to identify key questions by providing data driven insights that influence business strategy

• Hands-on data visualization development experience with tools such as Tableau and Power BI

• Data management experience with Workflow or ETL applications (such as Alteryx), preferably using relational database (SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, or similar)

• SQL Skills required – ability to edit existing and create new SQL queries.

• Provide thought leadership with new metrics, key performance indicators, and ways to visualize the data.

• Advanced knowledge of EXCEL is required.

• You are hard-working self-starter that can lead and deliver creative customer data solutions across multiple levels independently.

• You can work with ambiguity and uncertainty; with technologies you may have never worked with previously and gather the data and information to get to the root of an issue to resolve.

The Data Analytics and Insights center of excellence is the information and data hub for HR Shared Services. We collaborate with our partners in HR Shared Services to ensure that they have the data they need to make data driven business decisions and effectively tell their story.
