Description

Proven experience in handling Property, Fire, Marine, and Miscellaneous claims
In-depth understanding of policy coverages and exclusions
Prior exposure to scrutiny of claim documents before submission to surveyors/insurers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, insurers, and surveyors
Soft-spoken and able to maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual surveyors
Skilled in coordinating claims from intimation to final settlement, including site visits

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong drafting ability
Capable of maintaining claim data in internal systems for records and regulatory compliance
Preparation and sharing of periodic MIS reports with internal teams and clients while maintaining the timelines
Willingness to visit insurers, surveyors, and customers as needed
Ensure effective communication and resolution during all claim stages
