Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Team Leader to join our amazing team at a world class Martial Arts School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing two locations, guiding and mentoring a team of office managers and ensuring high-quality customer service standards are met. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, customer service, ability to multi-task and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of office managers for highest level customer service and completion of daily tasks
- Create promotional material
- Manage appointments and acquisitions
- Follow sales and net profits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Facilitate effective communication within the team
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions proactively
- Demonstrate respect and etiquette to all
Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with clients and within the team
- Proven experience in supervising, management or a similar leadership role
- Ability to multi-task
- Can use Microsoft Office and Google Suite Tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
