Carolina Ascent FC, a proud member of the USL Gainbridge Super League and the Charlotte Independence, are seeking a highly organized and analytical Manager of Ticket Operations & Analytics to join our growing team. This vital role will assist the VP of Tickets Sales in overseeing the ticket system management & fulfillment, data analysis, and support the club's revenue generation goals through strategic insights and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the club's primary ticketing platform, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
  • Assist the VP Ticket Sales in overseeing all ticket inventory management across various categories including season tickets, group sales, and single-game tickets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor ticket pricing strategies based on market trends, historical data, and sales performance.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and forecast revenue.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize strategies.
  • Assist in the management and execution of all matchday ticket operations, including staff supervision, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless fan entry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate reconciliation of ticket sales and financial reporting.
  • Assist the VP Ticket Sales with mobile ticketing, scanning, and access control processes, continuously seeking improvements for fan experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with ticketing platform representatives and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with league and club policies regarding ticketing operations and data privacy.
  • Train, mentor, and support ticket operations staff and interns, fostering a high-performance environment.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ticket operations, sales, or analytics within professional sports or entertainment.
  • Proven expertise with major ticketing platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by game schedules and events.
