Duties

- Utilize accounting software, including Quicken, to maintain accurate financial records.
- Write detailed financial reports that adhere to GAAP standards.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Conduct account analysis to provide insights into financial performance and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost accounting or a similar role.
- Strong skills in financial report interpretation and writing.
- Proficiency in cash flow analysis and accounts receivable management.
- Familiarity with cost management principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software, particularly Quicken, is preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP regulations and standards is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
