Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The Attendant will be responsible for maintaining equipment, assisting customers, and ensuring all operational standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist boats of all sizes in docking and undocking.
- Secure water and electrical supply lines as required.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and proper operation.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Maintain clean, safe and organized docks, grounds and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for both staff and guests.
- Additional tasks as assigned by management.
Skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Knowledge of marina regulations and procedures is preferred.
- Experience handling boats is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
