Meaningful Work From Day One:
Responsible for maintaining standard process procedures and key controls in partnership with the Market Registration and Pricing Manager and team. Responsible for ensuring that all prices conform to the appropriate federal, state and international laws and regulations. Assists Financial Analysts and Market Personnel in coordinating all pricing and registration filing activities in their respective markets. Coordinates with international partners, BF internal partners, and outside agencies to ensure product registration documents are compliant within each market. Executes timely registration filings for product renewals, new product introductions, or any product changes that may impact a market registration status.
What You Can Expect:
- Responsible for applying all approved pricing for domestic and international customers to the appropriate condition key combinations in SAP within SOX regulations.
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Special Purchase Allowances (SPA) and Distributor Allowances (DA) in the US open and control states.
- Support the market partners and distributor partners with any inquiries related to pricing.
- Prepare open states’ price filings as price changes are established and approved by Finance.
- Utilize Salesforce quoting system to initiate Control States' price quotations for new items or price changes as requested by Field Sales and approved by Finance.
- Maintain accurate price filings as required by the market.
- Responsible for obtaining and completing registration documentation based on established Brown-Forman and international market regulatory obligations.
- Support the market partners, distributor partners, and other agencies with any inquiries related to product registration within international markets.
- Maintain registration requests within SLA.
- Monitor the SAP incomplete order list to process orders with no pricing conditions.
- Review the SAP EDI order log and resolve any pricing discrepancies.
- Review, analyze, and resolve all pricing-related blocked billings .
- Review, analyze and resolve all invoicing discrepancies, providing necessary credit or debit memos, additional billings, cancellations and re-issuance of new invoices as required.
- Respond to inquiries from regional offices, market personnel, distributors, brokers, control state commissions, agencies and others regarding questions relating to pricing issues.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure shipments comply with regulatory requirements. Control shipments with pricing holds.
- Maintain state codes in SAP for domestic SKU’s to prevent fines and delays.
- Maintain control state quoting and filing status in Salesforce and pricing calendars.
- Support innovation through timely registration of all redesigns and new products.
- Maintain pricing and registration processes and SOPs and assist with special projects .
What You Bring to the Table:
- Demonstrate ability to apply basic math skills for accurately preparing pricing analysis
- Excellent listening, verbal, written and communication skills.

- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute with speed and accuracy within SLA in a high-volume, pressured environment.

- SAP proficiency, with the ability to learn new software packages as necessary.
