- Performs a variety of duties to support the Marketing Strategy of the Bank, of which the following are illustrative:
- Collaborates with management to define and promote Jeff Bank’s brand.
- Serves as the primary liaison to the advertising agency(ies) responsible for the Bank’s creative development.
- Analyzes marketing requests and ideas, making recommendations on when to personally handle or to use agency.
- Coordinates development of and maintains all marketing support materials including product brochures, statements, direct mail, printed materials and signage. Designs/creates some basic marketing materials for a variety of media.
- Tracks, evaluates and reports marketing performance and results internally and in conjunction with ad agency including social media.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve the customer experience utilizing customer satisfaction surveys and other sources.
- Participates in branch marketing activities. Creates and maintains branch promotional signage. Acts as a main point of contact on proper signage compliance, posting placement and timing.
- Researches and helps to implement marketing and public relations programs that will promote all services and products and favorably project the bank's image and goals.
- Coordinates and maintains the Bank’s website and social media efforts.
- Plans, coordinates and attends Bank networking functions with public and private events. Some evenings and weekends are expected.
- Responsible for selecting, stocking and coordinating the Bank’s promotional giveaway materials for events.
- Evaluates and coordinates marketing opportunities (sponsorships) presented to the Bank.
- Facilitates and monitors marketing budget in collaboration with Chief Executive Officer.
- Participates in key company committees within the bank to facilitate internal marketing and branding objectives.
- Communicates effectively with all parties while managing projects with timely follow-through and on-going communication.
- Fields marketing calls and e-mails.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness, including but not limited to BSA & AML.
- Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate bank personnel.

JOB LOCATION
Operations office - 2nd floor - Jeffersonville, NY This is an in-office position.
HOURS
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Some evenings and weekends will be required.
SALARY RANGE
$60,000 - $65,000 - Based on experience and skill set.
