Reboot Staff is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will collaborate across departments to support campaigns, events, and internal communications that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning to execution
Support the development of promotional materials and client presentations
Manage marketing calendars and track campaign performance metrics
Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams on joint initiatives
Assist with planning and coordination of corporate events and client meetings
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
Maintain internal documentation and reports related to marketing activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative coordination role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
