Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive Allstar Hospice's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice marketing, knowing and understanding hospice benefits and knowing different marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience - Senior living Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing homes and Hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively while optimizing spend across different stratiegies.
- Foster relationships with external facilities, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing strategies and performance-driven campaigns.
- Excellent marketing skills combined with strong communication skills to build up relationships with the facilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
