We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives. This generalist role will be responsible for overseeing brand management, public relations, social media, event coordination, and sales marketing activities (including email campaigns). The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

Essential Job Functions
- Brand Management
- Maintain the company’s brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy.
- Public Relations (PR)
- Develop and implement PR strategies to increase positive media coverage and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and community partners.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Develop content calendars, create engaging posts, and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs).
- Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics.
- Ensure events align with brand and marketing objectives.
- Sales Marketing
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Work with the sales team to create marketing collateral, presentations, and lead generation tools.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements.
Other Job Functions
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven marketing experience (3–5 years min preferred) in a generalist or multi-disciplinary role.
- Strong skills in brand management, PR, social media, and event planning.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, analytics tools, design software).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Working Conditions
- The Marketing Manager works in the office 5 days a week.
- Travel may be required for events, conferences, or client meetings.
