About this role:
The Marketing Specialist is a multipurpose role responsible for P&C Construction branding and public messaging as well as for developing and maintaining materials for presentation to prospective clients and prospective employees.
Key duties and responsibilities:

Social media marketing:
- Prepare and post content on major social media platforms as directed.
- Monitor engagement and reach analytics, using data to recommend adjustments to content and posting strategies.
- Monitor comments and direct messaging. Post responses as directed.

Website:
- Manage the public facing website. Routinely update key information and add/remove content as needed.
- Ensure SEO is well maintained and routinely adjusted as needed.
- Monitor external media for positive news stories to link to on the website.
- Monitor analytics to improve and maintain search rankings as well as website engagement.

Photography
- Jobsite photography, to include finish photos and drone footage.
- Employee headshots
- Events and operations photography

Physical media
- RFP submissions. Should be able to effectively blend substance and presentation to secure the job in a highly competitive environment. Maintain a working knowledge of key information, such as company capabilities and experience, safety statistics and key staff experience.
- Development and maintenance of construction project data sheets and key personnel resumes.
- Graphic design and branding.
- Event coordination.
- Administrative support.
- All other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree in one of the following disciplines: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Communications, Photography, Media Arts or a related field.
- 5 years relevant experience may substitute for degree
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products
- Demonstrated photography and photo editing skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Construction industry experience
- Functional understanding of OSHA construction requirements
