The Marketing Team Member Trainee role offers full hands-on training and the opportunity to develop valuable skills by building your career in sales & customer service. You’ll have the chance to make a direct impact on the customer experience, close sales, and work towards leadership positions!
Responsibilities of a Marketing Team Member Trainee:
- Engage with customers in retail spaces to educate them about our client's products and services
- Promote and sell services that are tailored to meet the needs of customers
- Create meaningful relations with new and existing consumers to strengthen consumer retention
- Assist customers with the enrollment process & provide amazing customer service
- Overcome objections and answer questions in a professional & quick manner
- Work with the Event Marketing Assistant team & senior leaders to go over and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Participate in ongoing training sessions with the Event Marketing Assistant team to improve sales techniques, enhance customer relationships, and develop leadership skills

- Previous experience in sales, as a event marketing, brand promotions or a similar role is a plus
- A positive attitude and a future-focused demeanor
- Ability to engage with customers in a face-to-face setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions & consumer needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work well independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Time management skills & ability to handle multiple tasks at once effectively

The salary range listed is based on target earnings including an hourly base pay, commissions, and individual performance bonuses
