Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of the Hotel industry (Marriott experience is required). As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, managing staff effectively, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial protocols.
- Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure food quality meets established standards.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, inventory management, and reporting purposes.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
