What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts and manage material handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and use control tools efficiently.
- Label and record weights while verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Properly stage, load, unload, and label shipments.
- Handle LTL & FTL shipments, documenting any discrepancies.
- Inspect containers for damages and report as needed.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and follow FIFO procedures.
- Assist customers by addressing questions, processing orders, and managing files.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and time management.
- Collaborate across departments to support smooth operations.

Requirements
- Forklift Certification (can be acquired on the job).
- Basic computer skills.
