Under the direction of the supervisor this employee will be responsible for various tasks in Shipping, receiving, dock and Stock Areas. This person will load and unload trucks, transact receipts using the AS400, issue kits and all appropriate documents to the shop as well as weigh and count product as it comes into or out of the shop. Employee will also move material to appropriate manufacturing areas. Must be able to use manual and electronic scales for weighing or courting product, drive a forklift, use a pallet jack and other equipment to transport product as required. Employee also will use labelling and packaging equipment, determine method of packaging per specifications, cleaning and /or lubrication of product as required. Will perform cycle counts and physical inventory as well as issue kits and all appropriate documents to the shop. Must keep the work area clean and safe and is responsible for the transportation of material into and out of the department and any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.
