Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and assisting internal and external customers with their needs.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize computer software to manage data and streamline administrative processes.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist in the preparation of reports.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in various software applications.
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on data entry accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.
- Attention to detail is essential for proofreading and document management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
