We're looking for an experienced medical assistant to work directly with our physicians and midwives. Part Time Hours, 18-20 hours per week, with the option to grow.
We're interested in hiring a professional who has hands-on experience working in an ob/gyn setting, is highly motivated and able to communicate effectively with patients. The ideal candidate will possess the skills needed to perform routine office tasks, including scheduling appointments and handling billing procedures, as well as an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced with Allscripts is a plus, OB/GYN Experience preferred.
Work hours :
Tues, Wed, 8am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8am -1pm
Responsibilities:
- Obtain patient history and conduct physical exams.
- Perform routine labwork and tests.
- Prepare equipment before procedures.
- Aid patients in preparing for examinations and surgeries.
- Use computers to manage patient records.
