We are looking for a Bilingual SPANISH Medical Assistant.
This is initially a PART TIME POSITION but can lead into a FULL TIME POSITION.
This individual should be outgoing, positive, kind, energetic, reliable, and well organized. The Chiropractic assistant/medical assistant position will have front and back office duties and will be part of the team at Premier Chiropractic Inc.
This is a very rewarding job where you can be personally involved with the healing and educations of individuals who are in need of true health.
The hours of operation is 9am-7pm. For this position we are seeking for a medical assistant is ranging from 2-7:45PM M-F; & 1x/month Saturday 8:30-11am (schedule is subject to change) 15-30 hours a week.
Bilingual in SPANISH is must
Transportation (External Marketing & when necessary if need be to purchase supplies for clinic)
Typing 35+ wpm
Excellent communication skills
Positive and personable attitude
Professional, reliable and responsible
Proactive with tasks
Computer skills -- word, excel, web applications, scanning, publisher.
Customer service
Data entry
Phone skills
Manage and complete complex tasks
Multi-tasking
Working with minimal supervision
Job duties include :
Educating patients
Patient relations (answering phone, texts, and email)
Scheduling appointments
Customer service
Taking payments
Marketing (In office/Out of office) – Clinics, events, education
Insurance billing
Patient billing
Cleaning - Done by staff as this is not outsourced.
Occasional outside marketing
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes a plus
