Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in skilled home health care
- In-depth knowledge of home care regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in reviewing clinical documentation and OASIS submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Familiarity with KINNSER/WELLSKY EMR systems is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clinical role within home health
- Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and support the highest standards of patient care
