Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated candidate to join our healthcare team as a Medical Charts Writer Trainee. The Ideal Candidate will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time. This position is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in medicine or healthcare, as it provides valuable exposure to clinical environments and medical terminology.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Patient Paper Charts with patient data, including history, examination findings, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Assist in the organization of medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support the healthcare team or other clinical settings as needed.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with medical records and medical documentation processes is a plus, however, will train outstanding candidate.
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinical environment is also a plus.
- Proficiency in accurate spelling.
- Candidate must be able to read cursive writing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
