Duties:
-Check in and out patients, collect patient balances, Copay's and deductibles or Coinsurances, verify insurances, scanning documents, data entry
- Utilize electronic health record systems such eClinicalWorks to maintain accurate patient records and facilitate seamless communication
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction
Experience:
-Friendly, welcoming, fast learner, team player and responsible
- Strong understanding of utilization management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
