Location: In-Person – San Antonio, TX 78216 (Near 410 & 281 / Airport Area)
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

Job Responsibilities:
As our Medical Office Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our clinic. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising front office and administrative staff
- Managing scheduling, patient flow, and clinic operations
- Implementing and maintaining performance tracking and data systems
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards
- Overseeing billing, invoicing, and budgetary functions
- Serving as a liaison between providers, staff, and patients to support quality care
- Maintaining accurate and secure patient medical records
- Facilitating smooth insurance processing with managed care organizations
- Championing patient satisfaction and continuous process improvement
