Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information will be instrumental in facilitating the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team.
Job Description: We're in search of a proactive and highly skilled Medical Operations Manager to deliver comprehensive administrative support to our executives. In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:- - Under executive guidance, develop detailed project plans for medical operations, including procedure updates, service line changes, vendor and supply updates, etc. Plans will outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and required resources for successful execution.- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle.- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, assessing the impact of changes and obtaining approval from stakeholders as needed.- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements. Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular quality reviews.- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project schedules, notes, status, and issue logs.- Ensure smooth project closure by documenting lessons learned, conducting post-project reviews, and transitioning deliverables to appropriate stakeholders.- Collaborating with cross functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.- Conducting research and compiling information for diverse projects and initiatives.- Managing special projects and events as assigned by the executives.
What to ExpectIn this role, you'll:- Oversee Medical Operations divison- Work closely with the Clinical Director to coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to resolve roadblocks.- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and fostering collaboration among team members.- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.- Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and priorities.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within project management processes.- Support ad hoc requests as needed.
What You Will BringWe're seeking candidates who possess:- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or information technology.- 3+ years of experience supporting medical operations- 3+ leaders of leadership experience - Outstanding projecting planning and change management skills- Previous experience in Franchise Operations is advantageous.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.- Proficiency in productivity tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Notion, Zoho, calendar management tools).- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Expected Compensation: The expected compensation for this position is $68,700 - $70,000 per year, plus benefits. Please note that pay offered may vary based on individual factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional elements specific to the position offered. Details regarding participation in benefit plans will be provided upon receiving an offer of employment.
