Medical receptionist needed for a busy OBGYN office with 4 providers and 2 locations. Must have energy and a positive attitude and be a team player. Duties include checking patients in and out, verifying demographics, organizing paperwork, taking calls, making patient appointments. Needs to be familiar with insurance proceedings and helping with the office's and patients' needs. We will train on the job and inform how duties are performed. We provide a high level of care to women and some men, and we meet and exceed their needs and expectations every day. Outstanding customer service qualities are a must. We have a friendly and family atmosphere and welcome an applicant with a personable and kind nature.
Must live within 10 miles of Gulf Breeze.
