We are excited to announce an opening for an experienced and energetic Medical Receptionist to join our Concierge Team at Holistique Medical Center in Bellevue, WA. We are a well-established and highly reputable Naturopathic/Integrative clinic with multiple physicians providing cutting-edge patient care. This role is crucial as our concierge team ensures seamless patient and provider relations and experiences.
- Medical reception experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly, both in person and on the telephone
- Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments
- Answer patient questions and provide information
- Maintain the reception and open areas of the clinic
- Ensure the availability of treatment information by filing, faxing, and retrieving patient records
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information via Charm EMR
- Open and close the practice
- Take on new responsibilities as needed to support the clinic and team
Requirements:
- High school diploma and reliable transportation
- Minimum of 2 years of busy medical office experience
- Ability to professionally multi-task in a busy environment
- Availability to work within hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (flexibility for the right candidate)
