We are looking for an experience medical scheduler in a 15-doctor practice.
Job duties:
- Be able to handle and rearrange the schedule for 15 full time doctors
- Extensive scheduling experience in a medical office environment
- Make sure we receive medical clearances if needed before surgery.
- Maintain and update doctors’ schedules throughout the day.
- Rescheduling patients’ appointments via telephone or text.
- Prepare and compile medical records
Core Qualifications
- Excellent familiarity with medical terminology
- Knowledge in A1C and blood pressure
- Superior proficiency in handling electronic medical records
- Strong skills in patient requirement documentation
- Good oral and written communication skills
