The Dermatology Center, PLLC is searching for an individual with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy environment. We have been providing the highest quality dermatology services to the Fort Smith and River Valley area since 1999 and look forward to many more years of service. Dr. P. Enjoy the benefit of a stable clinic work schedule with no nights or weekends, major holidays off, working 7am – 5pm Monday through Thursday, and 7am – Noon on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to The Dermatology Center Code of Conduct guidelines
- Manage incoming calls
- Maintain requests for appointments via fax, email, and phone
- Provide courteous assistance to patients and physician offices
- Register patients
- Schedule medical and cosmetic appointments
- Update patient demographics accurately
- Communicate as needed with appropriate staff about any patient concerns/issues related to scheduling
- Other duties as assigned
