The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians in a fast-paced medical environment, in our medical office. This role involves transcribing medical documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring that patient records are maintained with the highest level of detail and precision.
Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe physician notes and patient encounters in real-time during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive medical records by documenting patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure all necessary information is captured for effective patient care.
- Assist in the management of electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Strong typing and spelling skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
