Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process patient specimens
• Perform routine lab tests and analyze results
• Operate lab equipment and maintain records
• Maintain compliance with lab safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with clinical staff to relay urgent results

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program or relevant certification
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical and communication skills
