A successful candidate will:
- Be motivated and service oriented.
- Supervise Member Service representatives to ensure job responsibilities are completed within policy.
- Train and coach toward proper processes for all member service duties.
- Monitor errors and efficiencies for accountability factors.
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development of employees.
- Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years relevant work experience.
