Job Summary:
The Membership Administrator will handle all Longleaf Golf and Family Club’s accounts receivables and membership programs. The position will promote an exceptional customer experience and ensure excellent services, events, and programs for all members and guests. The position will report directly to the General Manager of the Longleaf Golf and Family Club.
The day-to-day roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee member billing program
- Manage clubs accounts receivables
- Administer membership programs
- Potential members tour and follow up
- Facilitate new members onboarding and communication
- Member communication on club/golf course activities
- Assist General Manager in planning and creating member events and activities
- Ensure all member and club events are well-conceived and executed. (i.e. Corporate Events, Social Events, Weddings, Member Events, and Golf Outings and Tournaments)
- Facilitate club’s charity donations
- Coordinate club community events such as blood drive, toy drive, etc.
