Position Details
The Mental Health Worker works with and adheres to the safety and welfare of all consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in their residential programs while carrying out direct care responsibilities. They will participate in/ follow the treatment planning process. They will provide 24 hour care in a residential setting to Individuals on the road to Mental Health Recovery. The Mental Health Worker is to be an advocate; support and care, along with documentation and providing a safe living environment for the individuals.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience with mental health clients preferred.
