The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is seeking skilled, experienced, sheet metal roofer who brings at least 2 years of experience working with sheet metal roofing along with associated metal & copper flashings & counter flashings for long-term employment beginning immediately with projects in Lancaster, Ohio.

Primary duties include and require
- Remove existing roofing system and associated items per plans/specs with roof crew
- Measure & fabricate sheet metal components in shop and field settings
- Install sheet metal roofing components per SMACNA, NRCA, & CDA guidelines
- Soldering copper with irons
- Daily cleanup with the roofing crew
Essential Skills & Employment Criteria:
- Trained & experienced in roof demolition/removal
- Ability to work independently when needed without direct supervision and remain on task
- Advanced knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and details required
- Knowledge of power tools, general construction equipment, roofing, and basic carpentry is required
- OSHA 10 training is required prior to job start
- Ability to pass a security clearance
