Position Overview:
Servpro Team Bisig is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to lead and oversee water, fire, mold, and storm mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion. This role requires strong leadership, job coordination, customer communication, and the ability to manage field crews while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of mitigation projects, including site assessments, job scopes, documentation, and customer communication.

Schedule, dispatch, and oversee field technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.

Maintain accurate job files, notes, and reports in the project management software (e.g., DASH, Xactimate).

Ensure jobs meet industry standards (IICRC), Servpro protocols, and client expectations.

Monitor and control project budgets, equipment usage, labor hours, and materials.

Provide clear, proactive updates to homeowners, adjusters, and commercial clients.

Identify opportunities to upsell services or expand scope as needed.

Conduct safety audits and enforce Servpro safety policies and compliance standards.

Assist with hiring, training, and coaching of crew members to ensure high performance.

Coordinate with the reconstruction or rebuild team for seamless project transition when needed.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction project management (Servpro experience a plus).

IICRC Certification(s) in WRT, ASD, AMRT, or similar preferred.

Strong knowledge of Xactimate, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in challenging environments (crawlspaces, attics, etc.).
