Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Mobile App Developer to join our remote development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications that enhance the user experience for our clients and financial advisors. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.

  • Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and development best practices.

  • Ensure applications comply with security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile app development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform such as React Native or Flutter).

  • Proficiency in mobile frameworks and tools such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, React Native, or Flutter.

  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.).

  • Understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Git, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
