The Mobile Data Entry Clerk at Mother Home Care plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry within our health care management systems. This position involves using mobile technologies to gather, input, and manage patient-related data, thereby supporting the company's mission to provide exceptional home care services. Key Responsibilities
Utilize mobile data entry applications to accurately input patient data and update records in a timely manner.
Verify and correct data as necessary to maintain data integrity within the health care databases.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to gather relevant information and ensure comprehensive data collection.
Conduct regular audits of entered data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from collected data to support management decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare or data management preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong proficiency in using mobile devices and applications for data entry.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and data privacy regulations (HIPAA).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions
