Summary
We are seeking a Van Driver to join our team at The Learning Factory Academy. In this role, based in the United States, you will be responsible for safely transporting children to and from our preschool, ensuring their safety and comfort during transit. Your contribution will be vital in supporting our mission of providing exceptional early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate the van to transport children to and from the preschool.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transportation.
- Assist children as needed while boarding and exiting the vehicle.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding transportation schedules.
- Report any issues or concerns related to vehicle operation or child safety.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to schedules.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.
