Mortgage Loan Officer – Remote – Qualified Leads Provided
Lightning Mortgage is a growing mortgage brokerage hiring in-person loan officers at our Michigan office. We don’t offer cold internet leads or make you chase your own deals. Every prospect we hand you has already spoken to our outreach team, confirmed their interest, and is expecting to speak with a licensed loan officer.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Active NMLS license (Michigan or multi-state)
- Experience in mortgage sales or a strong sales background
- Comfortable working commission-only
- Strong closer, great communicator, high follow-through
- Ready to work hard and earn real money
What You Can Expect:
- Realistic earnings between $8,000 and $20,000+ per month based on volume
- No cap on income
