Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Maintain calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed of changes.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in the office database.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software to prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance overall office productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with general office equipment is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Experience with calendar management and front desk operations is highly desirable.
