Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and disassembly of mechanical components using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize soldering techniques for electrical connections as needed.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
- Assist in training new technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or similar fields.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Experience in sales is a plus, enabling better communication with clients regarding services offered.
- Ability to solder components accurately for reliable electrical connections.
- Familiarity with service technician responsibilities, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Capability to suspend operations safely when necessary for maintenance or safety checks.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
