Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the transportation of goods and belongings, ensuring that items are handled with care and delivered safely to their destination. This role requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
- Load and unload items from trucks, ensuring proper handling and care of all belongings.
- Drive company vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to various locations.
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and vehicle used for deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of moving tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a moving or delivery role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with route driving, commercial driving, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- A valid driver’s license is required; experience driving box trucks or vans is advantageous.
