Mozaik CNC/ Cabinet Vision Programmer

Hinomi Inc. is a leader in custom cabinetry and millwork solutions, known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and innovative design. We are currently seeking an experienced Mozaik CNC/ Cabinet Vision Programmer to join our production team and support our manufacturing processes.
Job Summary:
The Mozaik CNC/ Cabinet Vision Programmer will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing CNC programs using Mozaik/ Cabinet Vision Software for cabinet and woodworking production. This role ensures efficient, accurate machining and optimization of materials, supporting shop floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and optimize cut lists and CNC files using Mozaik/ Cabinet Vision Software
- Generate detailed job packets and machining instructions for CNC operators
- Ensure accuracy of cabinet layouts, hardware placement, and material usage
- Coordinate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines
- Troubleshoot software or machine-related issues related to programming
- Maintain organized records of jobs, revisions, and updates
- Continually improve programming efficiency and material optimization
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Mozaik/ Cabinet Vision Software (required)
- Experience in cabinetry or woodworking industry
- Knowledge of CNC machines and tooling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read shop drawings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus
