About the Company & Role
- What we do: At our core, we're an online platform connecting schools, teams, organizations and camps with coaches for their teams or youth programs. Think LinkedIn for coaches to create their own profile and a sports-specific hub for programs to find local coaches that align with their ideal criteria.
- How it Works: We help private sports coaches gain all the essential tools to land their ideal coaching job. Once you land a job, we then help you promote your own brand with marketing materials and a quick 5-10-minute call with our team to share on socials. If your criteria meets the program's criteria, we will match you to that position, bumping you straight to the hiring manager's inbox!
