REQUIREMENTS
- Be dependable and punctual.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Have a positive and friendly outlook with customers and team members.
- Be able to lead managers and work with them to create positive work environments.
- Be able to multi-task between different stores, manager, employees, etc.
- Be able to train managers in day-to-day operations at the store level.
- Be able to deep-dive into store operations and productivity reporting
- Maintain correct product levels in all stores being overseen.
- Bridge the gap between back-office and store level communications.
