Job Description:
As National Door-to-Door Fundraising Director, you will launch, grow and define One Sixty International’s Door-to-Door (D2D) canvassing program from the ground up. This includes recruiting and training regional teams, and leading a growing national staff of D2D canvassers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a high-impact D2D fundraising program that drives real impact for the non-profits we work with.

Whilst the purpose of this role is to build something from the ground up, you will receive resource and support from our existing and flourishing UK-based D2D remit.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage our national D2D canvassing program from the ground up - you’ll recruit, train and support regional canvass managers, leaders and fundraisers
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the remit
- Set goals and drive performance across multiple locations
- Travel to support regional teams as needed
- Collaborate closely with the wider senior management team to align on strategy and goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of D2D management experience (in the non-profit/fundraising sector)
- Proven track recording of building and running a successful D2D fundraising team
- A hands-on leader who is enthusiastic about building and scaling teams
- Preferably a proficient user of turf management software such as Ecanvasser opr similar
- Someone who is enthusiastic and energized by a significant amount of US-based travel

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
